Michael Garcia
Michael Garcia is a Chandler, Arizona–based Arizona Licensed Dispensing Optician who has been helping people see clearly since 1997. Over the years, he has helped more than 100,000 patients improve their vision, always with a focus on making the experience easy, comfortable, and even enjoyable.
Since stepping into leadership in 2001, Michael has led and managed eye care practices with a strong emphasis on customer experience and team culture. He believes great eye care isn’t just about vision, it’s about how people feel from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave with confidence.
Blending decades of optical experience with business leadership and technology innovation, Michael brings a fresh, forward-thinking approach to vision care. He earned his MBA in 2007, building a strong foundation in leadership and operations, and later earned his Master of Science in Information Management from Arizona State University in 2016. That combination fuels his mission to use technology to simplify the process, improve communication, and create a better overall experience for every patient.
Through Sight On Site Mobile Eye Care, Michael helps bring high-quality vision services directly to workplaces, making eye care more convenient, accessible, and tailored to real life. He works closely with trusted optometrists to ensure patients receive complete, high-quality care every step of the way.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. Whether it’s traveling, hiking, or catching a movie, his family keeps him grounded and motivated to keep growing, improving, and showing up as his best every day.
Kerri Luce, OD
Dr. Kerri Luce is an optometrist with over 25 years of experience. She earned her undergraduate degree from Pacific University and went on to graduate Phi Beta Kappa from Pacific University College of Optometry.
Joy Perluisi
Joy Perluisi has been an Arizona Resident since 1999 and hails from Toronto Canada. She has been a certified Optician since 2010 and has worked in both the private and corporate sectors for the past 14 years. Joy has a passion for vision and how it can transform a person’s life, young and old. Along with being an Optician, she is a Neuro Vision Therapist and a Vision Clinic Coordinator/team member for Non Profits, providing free eye care for children in need, both regionally and internationally. Her degrees in Finance (UToronto/TD Bank), NLP Psychology (UC Santa Cruz) and continuing certifications in Behavioral Vision help her to achieve her passion for helping people young and old, two eyes at a time.
Outside of the working environment, Joy enjoys experiencing new places, hiking, movies and hockey games.
John Riley, OD
Dr. Riley has been practicing Optometry for over 17 years, nearly all of them in the state of Arizona. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona, and his Doctor of Optometry from Pacific University in Oregon. He’s originally from the state of Michigan but has called the desert home since 2003.
Outside of work, Dr Riley and his wife, Lilli, and their daughter, Morela, enjoy traveling, going to rock concerts and playing with their dog Lucky.
